Delete your Traxium account
Tell us the email address or phone number on the account. We confirm by email, permanently erase your personal data after the 30-day retention period in our privacy policy, and email you again when it is done.
What happens next
- Today — you get an email with a reference number. (Asking from inside the app also disconnects your sign-in or your phone at once.)
- After 30 days — your personal data (name, phone, email, ID and bank details, documents and photos, device identifiers, your phone's location history) is permanently erased from our systems; copies in our encrypted backups roll off within 14 days after that. We email you when it is done.
- What stays — the company's books (trips, fuel, payments and salary) keep your name, as the law requires. Everything else above is erased.
You can also start this from inside the app: More → Account → Delete my account (office users) or Profile → Disconnect & erase my data (drivers).
